Jake Doing What He Does Best

Since he has been born, Jake has been a pretty good sleeper. Except for the first couple of weeks he usually only wakes up once a night. Going thru my picutures I noticed that most of them are of him sleeping so I thought I would dedicate a post to just that.

We have a video monitor and this is how we know when he is truly asleep. One of us always says he is under arrest and the other will know instantly that means he is asleep with his arms up. He has done this since about 2 weeks on, he would fight his way out of the swaddle almost instantly...


Like father, like son. If only we had a mini beer bottle for Jake's hand!

Shhhh, Don't tell Mia!

Uncle Travis has to sneak around to hold Jake. Ever since he was born, every time Travis holds Jake, Mia gets UPSET!! She starts saying "my daddy" over and over again. Today we went over to Uncle Travis' house to watch the game and he got some Jake time while Mia napped!

Uncle B's Vacation

Uncle B had a little time off from work so he decided to come to San Antonio for a "Tour of San Antonio Golf Courses" vacation. He also stayed with us and got to spend a lot of quality time with Jake. He was so helpful, he did a middle of the night feed and would hang out with Jake in the morning so I could get some sleep! Thanks for all the help Bryan!
